  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Aurovick will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

Unfortunately, returns requested after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@aurovick.com within 30 days of delivery and provide details regarding the replacement product you would like to receive.

All items submitted for exchange must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging

Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurovick.com.

Orders can generally be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@aurovick.com and include clear photographs of the issue.

Upon review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, exchange, refund, or shipment of the correct product at no additional cost to you.
