Aurovick currently ships to customers located within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on non-processing days will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping & Delivery

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes 4–6 business days. Total delivery time, including processing, is typically between 5–8 business days.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to two additional business days for carrier delays.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurovick.com.

Order cancellations are generally possible before order processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@aurovick.com and provide clear photographs of the issue.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, exchange, refund, or shipment of the correct product at no additional cost to you.
